    Great customer services
    Love the bike, love the company

    I ordered a bella fashionista 7sp vanilla. It came in the usual time, and was not affected by the Covid-19. The bike is premium. I love the quality as well as the outlook. When I don't know how to assemble the bike, the great customer services give me the complete instructions. Finally, I made it. Thanks to the great customer services.

    bike good - company not so much

    I ordered this bike, it arrived fast. The problem was it was missing key parts, such as the pedals, bike post,reflectors, hardware to put it together. I sent an email asking for replacement parts and after about 2 weeks I checked back in it showed that they had been delivered, however they were delivered to the wrong address. When I say wrong address I mean in a completely different city. When I reached out again they seemed to blame the Post Office and said that sometimes they delivered to the wrong address. I insisted that they overnight the parts to me again or I would be returning the bike. They did And the bike is fine. I'm not a fan of this company at all, because although they rectified the problem it really should have been a problem in the 1st place - twice!
